Deposits:
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Final Payment:
The remaining 50% of the payment is due within 15 days of the final photo delivery. All payments are non-refundable once the photos have been delivered.
Rescheduling:
We understand that things happen. We will do our best to accommodate one rescheduled date, but please note that a rate change may apply depending on the new date and time.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your session, please let us know as soon as possible. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Delivery Timeline:
You can expect your final photo gallery to be delivered within 2–4 weeks of your photo shoot. Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year.
Expedited Delivery:
An expedite fee of $250 applies if you need your photos delivered in less than two weeks.
Editing:
Basic editing, including color correction, cropping, and minor adjustments, is included with your package.
Additional Edits:
Requests for advanced editing, such as teeth whitening, removing blemishes or stains, will be charged at an hourly rate of $125.

Creative Control:
The photographer retains creative control and has the final say on all artistic aspects of the session, including posing, location, and photo selection however works collaboratively with the client to best understand their desires.
Inclement Weather:
While we do our best to advise on locations and times that offer the best lighting, we cannot control the weather. We are not responsible for natural occurrences such as fog, rain, wind, or overcast skies and cannot guarantee a perfect sunset, however, we will give our 100% and work with you to make the most of the conditions on the day of your shoot.
Copyright:
The photographer retains all copyright to the images. The photos provided are for your use and may be used in nay way you see fit but cannot be sold or licensed to other parties.

Usage includes (but is not limited to):
Using the photos on a business website, social media page, or in print advertisements.
Using the images to promote a product, service, or brand.
Using the photos for marketing materials, brochures, or publications.

Model Release:
Unless you request otherwise in writing, the photographer reserves the right to use the photos from your session for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels. If you prefer that your photos not be used in this way, please let us know in advance.
