Currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling, my work is rooted in a deep reverence for human experience, nervous system safety, and the thresholds we cross throughout our lives. This academic and clinical foundation enriches everything I do behind the lens. Beyond personal branding, I specialize in transition portraiture — holding space for people navigating major life thresholds, from career pivots and relationship shifts to gender transitions and stepping into new chapters of personal identity.

That same spirit of presence and empowerment extends to the commercial world. With over 16 years in the wine industry and two decades in marketing, design, and strategic storytelling, I understand how to translate a vision into visuals that resonate deeply with an audience. My passion is creating that very impact for entrepreneurs, changemakers, and businesses who show up with both purpose and heart.

This ethos is deeply connected to my holistic work as the founder of Hearts Alive Yoga, Women's Circles, and Retreats. Whether I am facilitating a retreat, pursuing clinical studies, or holding a camera, my goal is identical: to co-create an authentic, relaxed, and safe energy where your true self can emerge without pressure or performance.
